Hi Fit Moms!  After having 2 kids, I have found that small but consistent efforts makes a big difference in staying fit. Here are 2 simple lifestyle changes to help you stay lean:

1. I use salad plates instead of large dinner plates for every meal. This makes portion control simple.  Because the plates are smaller, you will automatically serve yourself smaller portions.

2.  Hydrate. I drink a glass of water when I wake up, before every snack and before every meal and before bed. The pre meal water fills you up and hydrates your skin and hair.
