Happy Valentines Week Fit Moms (& Fit Dads!)
It’s Valentine’s Day on Feb. 14th – I thought this week is the purrrrfect time to show you exercises you can do with your Valentine! Get in shape together and support each other! Training together is a fun way to get fit and spend time together.
One of the most popular workout segments I created on Kiana’s® Flex Appeal™ is Coed Training. This is where you train at home or in the gym with your partner, motivating one another, pushing each other to succeed and having fit fun together!
My husband, Dennis, and I workout together all the time. It’s a fun way to spend quality time together, discover new exercises and techniques and do something healthy for our bodies and our minds.
