Tip: I always buy 2 dozen bananas: 1 to eat when ripe and 1 dozen to peel, half and put in the freezer. My secret ingredient to make my protein shakes creamy like ice cream is to add a frozen banana to it. Try it, you will never look back.
Pour cold water into a blender. Add ice and greens, and process for 30-60 seconds. Next add the banana and protein powder, and blend until smooth. This is a great post-workout drink!
Nutrition: Bananas are an excellent potassium source and help prevent post workout muscle cramps.
