Fit Tip: Do you drink PROTEIN SHAKES?  You should! Drinking a protein shake B4 bed can increase muscle growth 20%+ while you sleep 🙂 Yeah!  My favorite is Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Protein Shake with my secret have to add 1/2 FROZEN BANANA to the shake. I always buy 2 bunches of bananas: one super ripe for freezing and the other bunch not so ripe to eat.



  • Nonfat, soy, almond or rice milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana (buy a couple bunches: ripe and regular. Peel and halve the ripe ones and keep in freezer just for shakes, makes it taste like ice cream!)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter
  • handful of ice
  • drizzle of honey
  • 1 Tbs. flax seeds
  • 1 piece 70% dark chocolate
  • handful of almonds


Put all ingredients in blender. Sip and get fit!
