It's almost Super Bowl Sunday! Yeah!  Now, I love to watch the commercials, um I mean the game, eat and drink just like everyone else.

The trick to avoid gaining weight is to avoid empty calories and eat nutrient dense foods. I make healthier Super Bowl Snacks & Souper bowl hearty side dishes. Here are some of my faves.  PS Guess which recipe isn't mine? One is my hubby's.
