Fitness is cumulative, it all adds up. 15 minute walk in the morning, squats while the kids are at school or the little ones are napping and even an impromptu kelp jump rope session on the beach. Got kelp? Make a jump rope! The waves are GIGANTIC today! 25 feet. My daughter found a long piece of kelp and we made a jump rope! So much fun!
