This is an excellent recipe using left over turkey!
I love turkey! We eat it year round, not just for Turkey Day. It’s a healthy, lean protein choice. Here is a favorite recipe I will make in the morning and it’s ready when we get home for dinner. It’s like the “chef” is cooking for us all day! Hope you enjoy this as much as we do!

Share 🙂I love making and serving Power Parfaits! High protein. Creamy. Crunchy. Healthy. So simple and fun to make! How to make them: Fill mason jars with Greek Yogurt (more protein than standard yogurt and less sugar). Layer your favorite fruit, trail mix, dried fruit (sulfur free), nuts. Saves well in the refrigerator (just keep the trail mix separate so it stays crunchy.) Enjoy! Save

This is one of my all time favorite recipes! This fool proof recipe has been in my family for decades. I modified it so it’s “lower” in sugar than traditional banana bread and super easy for busy people. This is a delicious way to use up over ripe bananas. So before you toss out those too ripe bananas, make this yummy bread. It’s delish to reheat in the toaster oven.

This recipe was taught to me by Fit Mom TV guest Chef, Eldon Pico, winner of the iron chef competition and executive chef for the Marriott Hotel chain. I love it and make this for every holiday meal.
