Share :)Hi Fit Moms!  After having 2 kids, I have found that small but consistent efforts makes a big difference in staying fit. Here are 2 simple lifestyle changes to help you stay lean: 1. I use salad plates instead of large dinner plates for every meal. This makes portion control simple.  Because the plates are smaller, you will automatically serve yourself smaller portions. 2.  Hydrate. I drink a glass

Make a jump rope! The waves are GIGANTIC today! 25 feet. My daughter found a long piece of kelp and we made a jump rope! So much fun! When

He is the most loveable, funny dog.  He’s a mix of lab / shepard / chow.  Lately he has been scratching so much, I feel sorry for him. I bought some dog shampoo with aloe, oatmeal,

My kids and I love making this recipe. Now that they are 6 and 11, they can do it themselves :) This is a fun and delicious recipe I used to make with my mom. I modified it to be healthier and have a wider variety of crunchy options! In Hawaii, we would add macadamia nuts (high in fat – beware but so good), coconut and dried fruit too! Enjoy! Psst: Fit Kids Recipe video to come :)
